This website is operated by BMD & Partners (“BMD & Partners”, “the firm”, “we”), a law firm established in Jakarta in 2000, with its office at Gedung Lina, 2nd Floor, Suite 212, Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said Kav. B7, Kuningan, Jakarta 12910, Indonesia.
Our advocates practise under Law No. 18 of 2003 on Advocates and are members of Indonesian advocates’ organisations. References to “partner” mean an advocate who is a partner of the firm. The website contains material that promotes the firm’s professional services.

The list of regulations is compiled from publicly available sources for information purposes. English titles are unofficial translations prepared by the firm. Only the official Indonesian text, as promulgated in the State Gazette or by the issuing authority, has legal force. We do not warrant that the list is complete, accurate or up to date.

8. Fraud and impersonation
We correspond only from email addresses ending in @bachroem.net. We will never change our bank details by email alone. If you receive a message that uses the firm’s name and seems suspicious, do not act on it; verify it with us at enquiries@bachroem.net or +62 (0)21 5254518.
9. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. Details of how we collect and use personal data, including data submitted through our contact form, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and language
This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. It is published in Indonesian and English; if there is any inconsistency, the Indonesian version prevails. We may amend this notice at any time by publishing a revised version on this page.
